what talents you have vs. talents you need to develop further,
a clear timeframe to mastery
a market analysis of your current & future role.
It typically is for individuals who have not had a meaningful career discussion in a very long time. My past clients who have taken this package and executed all meetings & pre-work have seen their careers skyrocket! It takes a commitment to do the work, but it will bring results.
You will be asked to book 5 × 30-minute meetings in our scheduler + 5 pre-work sessions in your own calendar at least 5 days in advance of your scheduled meetings. Pre-work typically takes clients 30 to 90 minutes to complete so plan accordingly.
Total time to complete this package is approximately 8 hours.
