Our process is simple:

1. Our automated process allows you to book based on real-time availability.  Select the type of appointment you require, and we'll show you available dates and times.

2. You will receive pre-work through email to be completed prior to your appointment (typically within 1 business day) of booking.

3. You provide the pre-work at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment so it can be reviewed by your assigned consultant prior to meeting.  Automated reminders will be there for you so you can stay on track or reschedule as needed. 

4. Now that you and your consultant have gotten a head start on your situation, it's time to meet and discuss in detail!

5. After your meeting, your consultant will follow up with any meeting notes, action items and next steps.

 We try to accomplish your goals in as few sessions as possible.  Pre-work, meeting notes, and next steps drive this process forward so you can see results every session.

The career development package requires 5 appointments to complete the process.  You can stop at any time, but you may not achieve your goals. Our appointments build on one another so stopping early minimizes your reward exponentially.

The Business Strategy & Solutions appointments are designed for existing business clients, not individuals or first-time setup for a business.  Please use the business contact form to get started as a business & someone will reach out to you to validate if we are a good fit for your needs. The initial appointment is setup by your assigned advisor.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. If you are less than satisfied or feel there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve the issue. If you are still not satisfied you may request a refund. Cancelling within 3 days before your scheduled appointment date will entitle you to an automatic, full refund.
