Who are we?

After 25+ years of developing individuals along their chosen career path, guiding peer to peer opportunities, and establishing respected relationships with senior leadership, I understand what it takes to grow people to the next level. I started mentoring because I believe there is a gap in most career discussions today.

Companies are focused on what they have to offer, not necessarily the next step in your development. Bosses are seldom trained or given sufficient time to develop people. Too often people are blocked from progress due to corporate politics and limited promotional opportunities (by their employer).
