After 25+ years of developing individuals along their chosen career path, guiding peer to peer opportunities, and establishing respected relationships with senior leadership, I understand what it takes to grow people to the next level. I started this business because I believe there is a gap in most career discussions today.
Companies are focused on what they have to offer, not necessarily the next step in your development. Bosses are seldom trained or given sufficient time to develop people. Too often people are blocked from progress due to corporate politics and limited promotional opportunities (by their employer).
This career development process was born in order to guide individuals through a full career development cycle by impartial consultants who mentor full time. It is streamlined into concept delivery, practical application through pre-work and appointment consultation to ensure you are getting the attention you deserve. This career development package will not only take care of your immediate development but also teach you a process you can repeat as your career progresses.
I want you to understand that this can be a very intense process, designed that way to save you money. But for clients who have attended their appointments & completed their prework assignments, they have seen their career skyrocket! It provides clarity to talents, market conditions, career trajectory and solutions to current challenges or dissatisfaction in their careers.

This package executes a full career development discussion that sets you up with:

The way forward whether you are staying in your current organization or looking to make a change.
You will be asked to book 5, 25-minute meetings in our scheduler (each session costs $95 which can be booked individually or at once) + 5 pre-work sessions in your own calendar at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled meetings. Pre-work typically takes clients 30 to 90 minutes to complete so plan accordingly. Total time to complete this package is approximately 8 hours over 3 - 6 weeks (based on average client completion).
