Career development plan with realistic timeframe for achievement & how to balance your entire life (not just your career),
The way forward whether you are staying in your current organization or looking to make a change.
It is typically for individuals who have not had a meaningful career discussion in a very long time. My past clients who have taken this package and executed all meetings & pre-work have seen their careers skyrocket! It takes a commitment to do the work, but it will bring incredible results.
You will be asked to book 5, 25-minute meetings in our scheduler (each session costs $95) + 5 pre-work sessions in your own calendar at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled meetings. Pre-work typically takes clients 30 to 90 minutes to complete so plan accordingly.
Total time to complete this package is approximately 8 hours with a total cost of $475.00
